Safety Health And Environment
- Delivers a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviours by following safety procedures, using Personal Protective Equipment – PPE and works calm and orderly.
- Delivers a Safe and Healthy work environment by knowing the work-related hazards and safety instructions.
- Cooperates with team to keep workplace safe, clean and well ordered. Helps colleagues to work safely.
- Escalates and implements solutions to impact risks in ergonomics and working conditions.
- Reports any unsafe situation, substandard, near miss, incident or defect.
- Does not endanger self or any other person under any circumstance: “we work safely, or we do not work”.
- Stops work when safety is at risk or when in doubt how to proceed safely and involves shift leader.
- Respects the environmental rules of the site with regards to the use and removal of chemicals (oils, fats, etc.) used for maintenance
Quality
- Adhere to Quality and legislation requirements and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies.
- Reports issues and adherence to quality systems and processes.
- Escalates and implement solutions to impact Quality losses.
- Performs all maintenance interventions in a manner that protects the quality of the product paying special attention to contamination of equipment and products by oils, fats or foreign objects (hard plastic, dirt, etc...)
Delivery & Cost
- Performs all its interventions in accordance with the Autonomous Maintenance methodology to keep equipment in basic condition.
- Is responsible for monitoring the line after a breakdown to ensure an effective and efficient start of the equipment (ensuring efficiency, product quality etc).
- Execute preventative maintenance plan on time and participate in preventive maintenance activities and the refurbishment of parts according to equipment availability.
- Keeps maintenance records updated with all the details required.
- Eradicates losses, identifies and executes actions on deviation from basic conditions.
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
- Work independently in running evaluation requested by superior.
- Troubleshoot minor and major machine down.
- To immediately inform superior if here is any machine breakdown.
- Performing task related to plumbing fabrication, renovation, electrical work, machinery design and cold room.
Education
- Diploma or Certificate in Electromechanical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical work.
- Computer literate.
- Able to entrust and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work long hours (if required).
- Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing and other related systems.

Monday - Friday & 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday & 8:00am - 1:00pm
