Conceptualization and Ideation:

  • Generate creative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy that aligns with client briefs and brand guidelines.

Content Development:

  • Write clear, compelling, and concise copy for a variety of formats, including digital ads, social media posts, website content, email marketing, print ads, scripts for video and radio, and more.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with art directors, designers, and account managers to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Editing and Proofreading:

  • Review and edit copy to ensure it is free of errors, grammatically correct, and meets high-quality standards.
  • Revise content based on feedback from clients and team members.

Research and Insights:

  • Conduct research to understand client industries, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to write in various tones and styles, adapting to different brand voices.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
