Job Description - Lead end-to-end project management for automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions that align with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Act as the 2nd-level support escalation for ME connected solution issues beyond first-level troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to key users and process owners on:
- Software and hardware architecture
- Data architecture and workflows
- Digital and automation best practices
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Technical Project Manager (Automation Lead) Should Have
- Academic qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge in automation systems and SMT industrial processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (such as JIRA) and methodologies.
- Preferably good knowledge in low-code development platforms and data visualisation tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
