Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using Node.js and React.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Experience or has worked in Java technologies like Groovy.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Contribute to strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js and React.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle or RDBMS, and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design.
- Proficiency in modern development tools and practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with serverless architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks React Testing Library.
- Exposure to database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
