Job Description
- Process travel and expense claims in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to company policies.
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies related to T&E submissions by liaising with employees and relevant departments.
- Maintain and update records of T&E transactions in the accounting system.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and reconciliations.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in the AP T&E function.
- Address queries related to T&E policies and procedures from internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the broader Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless operations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful AP T&E Should Have
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes, particularly in T&E management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
