Main Tasks

Technical and disciplinary manage of stockyard workers other than warehouse office staff
Assist Operations Manager to ensure customer orders, returns and product maintenance meet company standards
Organize and coordinate daily work for stockyard workers
Ensure cost efficient work at yard and usage of space, correct order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
Coordinate physical handling of deliveries, return and repair and maintenance work
Coordinate and communicate with customer the delivery and return process
Manage and prepare annual stock take
Document and control performance KPIs
Analyze processes and identify improvement potential
Hands-on support for any warehouse operating matter whenever needed
Responsible for the implementation of all Health, Safety and Environmental (“HSE”) requirements on the stockyard
Administer vacation requests and medical absence of team members
