What you will do
Lead a team of 10+ and report to the Head of Department for IT Infrastructure.
Own end-to-end availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
Plan, design, and implement infrastructure roadmaps.
Ensure infrastructure and operations controls comply with MAS Technology Risk Management.
Oversee security tooling, controls, and manage security operations.
Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Compliance teams on vulnerability management.
Negotiate contracts, licenses, and renewals for infrastructure and security tooling, and manage vendors, contracts, and budgets.
What you will need
8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
3–5 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or insurance sectors.
Working knowledge of financial sector regulatory expectations around technology risk and cyber resilience.
Familiarity with tech stack including WAF, SIEM, EDR/MDR, Proxy, and Security Architecture.
