Are you passionate about building brands, shaping narratives and supporting impactful communication strategies? We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Executive, Corporate Marketing & Communications to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our corporate image, managing internal and external communications and delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and support business growth.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Create, coordinate and manage content across multiple channels (digital, email, print, website, PR).
  • Draft and edit marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, press releases, newsletters, announcements and speeches.
  • Support campaign planning and execution, including media reviews, familiarisation trips, product launches, promotions and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners and key stakeholders to ensure positive brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Team to develop targeted and effective content, campaign ideas and platform-specific strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging communication tools to enhance marketing strategies.



Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in PR, marketing, branding or communications roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Written and spoken knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of communications, media relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and brand building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
