Job Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and maintain employee records
Handle attendance, leave, and overtime records, and assist in preparing payroll-related data
Support employee relations matters and help resolve employee issues through effective communication
Oversee daily office administrative tasks, such as vendor coordination, maintenance arrangements, and office -supplies management
Handle filing, documentation, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
Assist management in preparing reports and carrying out HR and administrative tasks
Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
Preferably with a background in Human Resources, Administration, Business Management, or related fields
1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Familiar with basic HR processes and administrative operations
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
