We are looking for a
Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Telco and ICT infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with customers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered with quality, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experience.

- Project Delivery & Execution
- Manage end-to-end Telco and ICT projects in accordance with established Project Management Methodology (PMM), covering project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead cross-functional project teams through a matrix reporting structure to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and changes while ensuring customer expectations are effectively managed.
- Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate critical matters where appropriate.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project status updates, governance reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across technical and business teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate project handover activities, including completion documentation and transition to the operations or maintenance team.
- Project Governance & Pre-Sales Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports to provide visibility on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing project management expertise during proposal and tender (RFP) responses.
- Develop project schedules, implementation plans, and presentation materials to support customer engagements.
- Promote project governance best practices to ensure compliance with organisational standards and successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery effectiveness and customer experience.
Skills For Success
- Diploma in Computing, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or a customer-facing technical environment.
- At least 2 years of experience managing infrastructure or technology projects.
- Professional Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CITPM, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project lifecycle management, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and successful project outcomes.
It'll Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience managing projects within the telecommunications industry.
- Exposure to enterprise technologies such as Data Centre, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware, Cloud, or Cyber Security.
- ITIL certification or knowledge of IT Service Management practices.
- Experience supporting government or regulated industry projects.
- Existing government security clearance or eligibility to obtain the required clearance.
- Experience leading multicultural or geographically distributed project teams.
