About Our Client

A globally recognized multinational organization operating within the industrial and life sciences sector, supporting customers across international markets through a highly integrated commercial, supply chain, and operations network.

As part of its continued growth, the organization is looking for customer-focused professionals to join its Customer Operations team and support end-to-end customer and order management activities.

Job Description

  • Manage customer enquiries and provide professional support throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Support end-to-end order management from order placement through delivery
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
  • Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and operational exceptions effectively
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records
  • Support continuous improvement and customer experience initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Professional - Order Management should have:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Sales Support, Customer Operations, Administration, or related functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous
  • Exposure to order fulfilment, logistics, supply chain, or commercial operations would be an added advantage
