As part of its continued growth, the organization is looking for customer-focused professionals to join its Customer Operations team and support end-to-end customer and order management activities.
Job Description
- Manage customer enquiries and provide professional support throughout the customer lifecycle
- Support end-to-end order management from order placement through delivery
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
- Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to customers
- Resolve customer issues and operational exceptions effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records
- Support continuous improvement and customer experience initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Professional - Order Management should have:
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Sales Support, Customer Operations, Administration, or related functions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous
- Exposure to order fulfilment, logistics, supply chain, or commercial operations would be an added advantage
