Responsibilities

  • Support daily logistics and store operations, including receiving, issuing, and Storage of aircraft parts and materials.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and updating stock movements in the system.
  • Support verification of incoming parts against documentation such as delivery notes, certificates, and packing lists.
  • Assist in organizing, labelling, and maintaining proper storage of materials in accordance with store procedures.
  • Support coordination of inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and logistics providers.
  • Assist in tracking shipments, delivery status, and turnaround times.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support day-to-day logistics and store activities and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualification And Other Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Aviation Management / Operations Management or other related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.
