We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer queries via call center channels, ensuring high-quality support and resolution.

  • Act as a reliable Japanese Interpreter/Support specialist for client communications.

  • Maintain excellent service delivery standards while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & QualificationsLanguage Proficiency
  • For Native Speakers:Japanese Nationality or Native Japanese speakers who are fully bilingual in both English and Japanese.

  • For Non-Native Speakers:Must possess a JLPT N1 certification to qualify as a Japanese Interpreter.(Note: JLPT N2 or below is not acceptable).

Background & Experience
  • Candidates must come from an inbound or call center background.

  • Educational & Experience Matrix:

    • University Graduate / 2026 Graduates:No prior working experience required.

    • Vocational College Graduate:Requires at least 4–5 years of working experience.

    • High School Graduate:Requires at least 7–8 years of working experience.



Compensation & Relocation PackageSalary & Allowances
  • Basic Salary:RM 8,000 per month(Up to RM 10,000 depending on relevant Customer Service experience).

  • Allowances:RM 500 transportation allowance + applicable shift allowances for afternoon/rotational shifts.

Full Relocation Benefits (For Expats relocating from Japan to Malaysia)
  • Visa Support:Full support and processing for the Employment Pass (EP Pass) will be provided.

  • Travel & Stay:1-way flight ticket and 1 week of hotel accommodation covered/reimbursed.

  • Relocation Expenses: A total allowance of RM 3,000 provided to assist with relocation expenses, including food and initial settling costs.

Employee BenefitsLeave Entitlements
  • Annual Leave (AL):10 days for the first 2 years (prorated).

  • Medical Leave (ML):14 days as per Labor Law.

  • Public Holidays: 20 days of observed public holidays.

  • Other Leaves:Maternity Leave (98 days), Paternity Leave (7 days), and Bereavement Leave (3 days).

Medical & Insurance Coverage
  • In-patient Medical Benefits:Up to$80,000\text{ USD}$per year per individual (covers self, spouse, and children).

  • Out-patient Medical Benefits:Up to$250\text{ USD}$per claim (15% co-payment; covers self, spouse, and children).

  • Dental Benefits:Up to$500\text{ USD}$per year for extractions/fillingsand up to$50\text{ USD}$per year for scaling(Claimable after 90 days of employment).

  • Optical Benefits:Up to$120\text{ USD}$per individual(Claimable after completion of 1 year).
