Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for providing on-site service, maintenance, and technical support for Vertiv’s power systems including UPS, batteries, and switchgear. This role supports the Southern region, particularly Johor, in response to growing demand from data centre expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure uptime and SLA compliance.
- Provide technical support and documentation for service activities.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met during all field operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in UPS or power systems servicing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Southern region.
