Operations Executive
Primary Functions
- Handle order fulfilment and processing of orders
- Prepare sales and insurance documents
- Generate POS and other reports
- Monitor order and shipping status for incoming shipments
- Preparing shipping documents
- Inventory & Contract Management
- Liaise with overseas departments
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Good Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Mathematically inclined and comfortable with numbers
- Highly organised, meticulous and possesses positive working attitude
- Able to remain focused whilst handling multiple tasks
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
- Able to commit to work immediately or within short notice period will be an added advantage
