About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy and people-first Culture Senior Executive to help bring the Allstar experience to life across the Group.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning culture and values into real, everyday experiences through meaningful engagement, creative storytelling, internal campaigns and initiatives that make our workplace more connected, inspiring and fun.


You will help drive key culture initiatives across the Allstar journey, from onboarding and values activation to employee engagement, culture campaigns, internal events and regional activations. Working closely with teams across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and other regional markets, you will deliver culture programmes that reflect who we are, what we stand for and where we are going.


Specific Roles and Responsibilities


Values Activation

Drive the rollout and activation of our Culture and Values by developing creative and practical ways to bring them to life across the Allstar experience.


Allstar Journey

Coordinate and conduct the Culture onboarding experience for new Allstars, ensuring every new joiner is introduced to our Founder’s Story, Allstar identity, values and purpose from day one. Continuously improve the onboarding journey so it remains engaging, consistent and relevant across the Group.


Content Creation

Create and coordinate culture-related content, including videos, toolkits, internal campaign materials and storytelling assets that bring our values and employee experience to life.


Internal Events & Engagement

Plan, coordinate and execute internal events and engagement activities, including employee sessions, wellbeing activations, celebrations of company award wins, festive celebrations, recognition programmes, annual dinners, culture roadshows and CSR/volunteering initiatives.


Skills and Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, HR, Events or related fields.
  • Experience delivering employee engagement, culture-building or internal communication initiatives.
  • Good understanding of how to translate culture, values and employee experience into practical campaigns, activities and content.
  • Comfortable working with employee feedback or sentiment data, with the ability to identify key themes and support action planning.
  • Experience in creating or coordinating engaging content and communication materials, including videos, digital content, toolkits or learning assets.
  • Confident in presenting or facilitating small to medium-sized employee sessions.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work well with different teams, cultures, markets and business units across the ASEAN region.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and applications, with the ability to use them to support content creation, engagement and productivity.
  • High-energy, creative and people-oriented, with the ability to connect with employees across different levels and markets.
