Job Description
The Contractor shall provide PE support services including but not limited to the following:
PE Teaching & Learning Support
- Assist in the delivery of structured Physical Education lessons across year groups
- Support teachers in implementing age-appropriate PE activities and skill development
- Assist in adapting activities for students of varying abilities and needs
- Support maintenance of a safe and inclusive PE environment
Internal Sports, CCA & School Events
- Support organisation and delivery of house competitions, sports days, and internal tournaments
- Assist in supervising and conducting CCA sports activities and training sessions
- Support student participation and engagement in school sports programmes
External Sports & Competitions
- Assist in preparation and supervision of students for external competitions and inter-school events
- Support logistics, coordination, and student welfare during off-campus sporting activities
- Represent the PE department during external sporting events as required
Operational & Equipment Support
- Assist in maintaining PE equipment, sports resources, and facilities
- Support record keeping related to student participation and performance
- Assist PE staff in operational duties as required for programme delivery
Student Development & Engagement
- Encourage student participation in physical activities and sports
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Support student behaviour management during PE and sports activities
