工作内容Responsibilities:

  • 全程跟进马来西亚PT加工厂的JTI及POLAR等项目产品的质量及出货品质状态,配合品质部在PT相关品质要求落地执行和验证,动态汇报PT品质管控表现,第一时间将生产过程出现的问题反馈给东莞工厂品质团队,必要时通知团队到客户现场支持。End-to-end follow-up on the quality and outgoing quality status of JTI, POLAR and other project products at the Malaysia PT factory. Cooperate with the Quality Department to implement and verify PT’s execution of relevant quality requirements. Dynamically report PT’s quality performance. Immediately feedback any production issues to the Dongguan factory quality team, and notify the team to provide on-site customer support when necessary。
  • 依据产品的SOP和SIP要求,对PT现场进行从来料,过程及出货进行点检和稽查,对PT回复的改善对策进行现场稽核,确保异常问题得到闭环和关闭。Based on product SOP and SIP requirements, conduct on-site spot checks and audits at PT covering incoming, in-process and outgoing stages. Perform on-site verification of PT’s corrective action responses to ensure all abnormal issues are closed out。
  • 处理DG及DG工厂加工厂交付马来西亚质量异常: 客户反馈IQC来料及产线不良后4小时内进行现场确认,确认不良后第一时间将不良信息反馈公司内部负责该项目的QE及汇报工厂质量经理,同时提出改善建议,并相应安排让步接收、返工、补货或退货。对外及时将工厂内部改善传递给客户。Handle quality anomalies for products delivered from Dongguan (DG) and DG’s subcontractors to Malaysia: - Within 4 hours of customer feedback on IQC or production line defects, conduct on-site confirmation. - After confirming defects, immediately report the non-conformance information to the internal project QE and the factory Quality Manager, while proposing improvement actions. - Arrange accordingly for concession, rework, replacement or return.
  • 处理DG及DG工厂加工厂交付马来西亚质量异常: 客户投诉后4小时内,按照客户投诉处理流程,启动快速响应安排退货、返工、补货、来料检验入库,协助客户进行根本原因调查。在接收到客户投诉的同时,将不良信息反馈公司内部负责该项目的QE,并汇报工厂质量经理,推动公司内部改善,及时与客户沟通处理结果,让客户满意。Handle quality anomalies for products delivered from Dongguan (DG) and DG’s subcontractors to Malaysia (customer complaints): - Within 4 hours of a customer complaint, initiate the customer complaint handling process – arrange rapid response for return, rework, replacement, incoming inspection and warehousing. Assist customer in root cause investigation. - Simultaneously report the defect information to the internal project QE and the factory Quality Manager, drive internal improvements, and communicate the resolution to the customer in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 协助寻找性价比高的优质第三方返工资源,确保马来西亚第三方返工公司的返工效果,避免产品返工过程中的产品浪费,及时对返工后不良品进行确认,并重新送交客户或退回工厂处理。Assistant and identify high-quality, cost-effective third-party rework resources. Ensure the effectiveness of rework performed by Malaysia third-party rework companies, prevent product waste during rework. Promptly confirm post-rework non-conforming parts and arrange for re-delivery to customer or return to factory。
  • 每周定期与客户沟通,积极了解客户端公司交付的产品使用情况,以及客户端质量要求,保持工厂与客户端质量标准的统一,并提交周报给工厂质量经理。与客户IQC、SQE等保持良好沟通关系,让客户满意,降低客户投诉。Communicate with the customer on a weekly basis to proactively understand product usage at the customer site and the customer’s quality requirements. Keep quality standards aligned between factory and customer. Submit a weekly report to the factory Quality Manager. Maintain good relationships with customer IQC, SQE, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
  • 每季度与工厂质量经理回顾季度绩效,持续改进。Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the factory Quality Manager and drive continuous improvement.
  • 完成上级领导交代的其他工作任务。Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
