Oversees and optimizes global end-user workplace technologies, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient digital workplace services.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Own It:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.
- Define technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.
- Evaluate and select technology platforms and solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap, outlining key initiatives and investments.
- Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes to ensure efficient service delivery
Build Trust:
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct technology assessments, identify emerging trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for technology projects.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and build consensus on project goals and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.
One Team:
- Support organizational leaders in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve ways of working.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a high performing and collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise technologies.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high performing teams.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
