Order Management Specialist to join our
E-commerce team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
Success in this role means consistently delivering accurate and timely order management while leveraging Odoo and WMS to drive operational excellence and continuously improve logistics performance.
What you'll be doing: - Coordinating with 3PL on daily operations, managing KPI Expectations and maintain a close relationship.
- Monitor, supervise and execute order management system.
- Reduce Order Turn Time by monitoring scheduling platforms to ensure that orders are being scheduled and delivered as quickly as possible.
- Answer customer inquiries and facilitate order change requests.
- Monitor, report and improve logistics KPIs.
- Provide clear instruction and feedback to third party delivery partners regarding objective and subjective KPI.
- Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for process.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company and/or your supervisor or manager.
What you'll need to succeed: - Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP and e-commerce background is a plus.
