We're thrilled to announce the opening for Graphic Designer Intern to support Customer Marketing initiatives across 6 (six) Southeeast Asian Countries based in our Moët Hennessy Diageo Malaysia office.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-months intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the August 2027.

Job Responsibilities

How you will contribute…

  • Develop and adapt creative assets for customer marketing campaigns across six Southeast Asian markets, ensuring relevance to local market needs while maintaining overall brand consistency.
  • Create a wide range of visual materials, including but not limited to:
    • Point-of-sale materials
    • Digital banners and social media assets
    • E-commerce visuals
    • Retail and trade marketing collaterals
    • Event and activation materials
    • Presentation decks and internal communication materials
  • Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to global and regional brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and campaign objectives.
  • Translate business and marketing briefs into effective, visually compelling design solutions that support customer engagement and commercial goals.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver assets within agreed timelines, often under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with customer marketing teams, country stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies/vendors to align on requirements, feedback, and execution.
  • Adapt designs to suit different languages, formats, cultural contexts, and channel requirements across Southeast Asia.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in layout, copy placement, sizing, and final production files.
  • Support the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final artwork and production-ready files.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve design workflows, asset management, and cross-market efficiency while preserving quality and consistency.

  • Are an undergraduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Have experience designing for both print and digital channels.
  • Understand how to apply brand guidelines consistently across different creative assets.
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under timelines.
  • Communicate well and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
