Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality-related activities and outcomes.
- Oversee audits and inspections to maintain certifications and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their understanding of quality standards and processes.
- Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the supply chain.
The Successful Applicant
- A relevant degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong background in QMS, customer quality, supplier quality and manufacturing quality
- Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, CAPA, FMEA and structured problem solving methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
