Job Description
- Manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and effective utilization of funds.
- Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with the company's financial objectives.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.
- Oversee banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize funding and services.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements related to treasury operations.
- Evaluate and improve treasury processes and systems for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial planning.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Treasury Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in treasury operations and financial risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and cash flow management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with treasury systems and financial tools is advantageous.
