- Provide technical and application support via inbound channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues or escalate when required
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of all support requests
- Follow established processes, compliance standards, and data protection guidelines
- Maintain knowledge of systems, updates, and tools
- Meet KPIs and service quality expectations
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base update
Profile
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
- Business proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 5) & English
- Min 1 year of experience in application or technical support is preferred
- Fresh grad welcomed to apply
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to system updates and changes
Job Offer
- Monthly salary: RM 5,000 - RM 7,000
- Annual salary range: RM 60,000 - RM 84,000 (12 months)
