Job Summary**

Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for Maxis' fiber optic products and services, driving market share growth and achieving revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fiber sales strategies and plans, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotional activities.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize sales channels, including direct sales, indirect partners
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close complex fiber sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes pertaining to fiber optic services.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales planning, business development, or product management within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on fiber optics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of fiber optic technology, network architecture, and related services.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
