Systems built on LangGraph - not chosen because of convenience or it being the shiniest new tool - but because their use case demands more complex flows
Cloud-native ecosystem, built on public cloud platforms like AWS from end-to-end
Modern engineering practices and a strong preference for exploring cutting-edge ways of doing things rather than always sticking with 'tried-and-tested'
What's Needed (requirements and good-to-have's)
LangGraph experience within a production setting - as you'll need to hit the ground running. LangChain/Langfuse is helpful but not strictly required.
Cloud experience - AWS is heavily preferred, especially if you're familiar with a broad range of domains including serverless, networking, managing CI/CD and deployments, etc.
Otherwise, experience on large-scale scalable systems on other platforms/providers are also considerable (eg. experience with building scalable, event-driven systems on other cloud providers like Azure/GCP, etc.)
Fullstack engineering capabilities - with any stack, as the company is a very AI-positive environment and will assess more on engineering fundamentals rather than specific knowledge of one particular language.
