You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Speak and write English (B2 level or higher) — local hiring
- Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Can type 40+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy
- Are comfortable with computers (MS Office, Windows, etc.)
- Have 6+ months of customer service experience — OR you're a fresh grad in English, Communications, or Mass Comm
- Enjoy helping people & solving problems
