Helpdesk Operations: Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 user support via live chat, email, and internal messaging.
Application Customizations: Utilize tools within the application to safely alter user views, build custom fields, or create basic automated actions.
Data Integrity: Clean and audit database records, handle bulk CSV imports/exports, and optimize system workflows.
QA & Testing: Perform unit testing, bulk CSV imports/exports, and quality assurance checks on newly developed application features.
Onboarding: Deliver hands‑on training sessions to new employees to ensure rapid adoption of the ERP system.
Reporting: Build custom PDF documents, system dashboards, and key metric reports for management.
Provide first‑level Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, SCM etc.) support to end users.
Manage issues or change requests.
Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification, and Change Management report.
Provide system training for users.
Participate in system evaluation and testing (SIT/UAT).
Work closely with system users and deliver projects on schedule.
Prepare periodic operation reports for management.
Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for users, and meet/exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Candidate should possess Professional Certificates, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology.
Candidate must possess a Adv. Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer.
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
Good communication skills in Malay and English, both spoken and written.
