  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of operations regulatory reports (e.g. Cash BOP, ROMS), including all associated tasks.
  • Prepare Amendment Justification Templates (AJT) to address instances of inaccurate, late, or incomplete reporting.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to maker-checker controls to ensure governance and control effectiveness.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external queries related to regulatory reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required information and support reporting accuracy.

Key Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in process management, operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of process improvement and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience with process mapping tools and techniques, such as Lean or Six Sigma
