Future Talent Internship Programme – Operations
Location: Malaysia
Launch your career with our 12 week Future Talent Internship Programme in Operations. Designed for final-year undergraduates, this internship offers hands-on experience in supporting business operations, process improvement, and project delivery within a leading global financial institution. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to corporate banking operations, and develop practical skills that will support your future career.
What You'll Do
- Support operational analysis by compiling and validating internal data.
- Assist with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Maintain trackers, coordinate administrative tasks, and support audit readiness.
- Contribute to operational and system-related projects by preparing documentation, tracking progress, and supporting testing activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Scope Limitation
- Strictly an administrative and coordination role with no access to customer data, banking transactions, or core banking systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year undergraduate studying Banking, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline at a recognized Malaysian university.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Available to work full-time for a 12 week internship starting in October 2026.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in corporate banking and operations, with a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are an advantage but not essential.
Note
- Interns will receive an allowance of RM 1,500 per month.
