Salary Range: RM8,000 - RM12,000
Key Responsibilities – Service Manager
- Supervise and assist the Warehouse or Service Center to establish and improve the service system.
- Provides the necessary management, training, and support to distributors, comprehensively improve the after-sales serviceability of distributors.
- Assist MY Marketing/ Sales to handle customer relationship and timely solve service needs, to improve customer satisfaction of the end-user.
- Collect market service information and service reports as required by Zoomlion Headquarters.
- Establish Data Base of Product list for all MY’s regions.
- Create a data Of Maintenance & Unit Repair record.
- Conduct a delivery inspection of Customer Product.
- Create Part List Data Base, for maintenance parts & Reusable Parts.
- Monitoring warranty process, warranty statement & monitoring warranty time.
- Handle a Maintenance & repair presentation, & give training to all of Our Team Mechanic In MY.
- BONUS: Possess good knowledge of Zoomlion products and services, provide comprehensive service support for Zoomlion machinery products, including Earthmoving, Concrete, Mobile/Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, MEWP, Agriculture.
- Able to prepare report in Chinese to the HQ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or related field.
- Well Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
- Problem solving skill.
- Good collaborations and teamwork.
- Very good computer literacy skills; MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail communication.
- Able to read/write/speak Chinese language (for reporting purpose).
