We are looking for an
Finance Manager /
Assistant Finance Manager who is experienced in
Retail, F&B, or multi-outlet environments and enjoys working closely with outlet teams, understanding business operations, and supporting growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is
hands-on, agile, and adaptable - ready to move with the business as we continue expanding our outlets and strengthening our Finance capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing - Oversee full set accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and support budgeting & forecasting activities.
- Partner closely with outlet managers and operations teams on outlet-level financial performance.
- Support group reporting, consolidation, audit, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive improvements in finance processes, controls, and system enhancements.
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of experience in full set accounting, preferably within Retail, F&B, or multi-outlet businesses.
- Strong exposure working with outlet operations and store teams.
- Comfortable being hands-on, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
- Experience in group consolidation, e-Invoicing, SST, or AutoCount will be an added advantage.
