The Assistant Manager – Transfer Pricing supports global KDN engagements by delivering high-quality transfer pricing documentation and analyses. The role involves supervising junior team members, managing multiple projects, and ensuring adherence to KPMG quality, risk, and compliance standards while meeting client deadlines.
Responsibilities
Base Expectations:
- Delivery transfer pricing documentation with strong technical accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrate sound accounting and transfer pricing knowledge.
- Prepare tech-enabled transfer pricing documentation efficiently.
- Analyze financial statements from a transfer pricing perspective.
- Perform transfer pricing benchmarking using global databases.
- Prepare and review update reports, industry analysis, and economic analysis.
- Review work prepared by Senior team members.
- Meet project deadlines consistently.
- Ensure compliance with timesheets, leave, and risk policies.
- Actively support and participate in team-wide initiatives.
Practice Management & Leadership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quality outcomes.
- Allocate tasks and follow up with junior team members.
- Review and guide junior staff through transfer pricing processes.
- Prepare and manage project plans.
- Perform effective resource planning for seamless delivery.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership presence.
Preferred Technical & Functional Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to mine and analyze data from databases and other resources.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation / Post-Graduation / Chartered Accountant
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of Transfer Pricing experience
