We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Kuala Lumpur. 💼 Role: Talent Acquisition Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead hiring strategies to bring in top-tier, diverse talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
- Source talents across using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Support employer branding and promote company as an employer of choice through strategic campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights through regular reporting to measure success and optimize hiring efforts.
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
- Fluent in spoken and written in bothEnglish and Mandarin.
- Proactive, results-driven, strong communication and organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
