About The Role
As a Mandarin-speaking Purchasing Assistant, you will coordinate with suppliers from the China market, including inquiries, price negotiation, and order follow-up, while also supporting basic accounting tasks such as payment data entry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, price comparison, and supplier coordination
- Maintain and update purchasing records and supplier databases
- Assist with invoice verification and ensure documents match purchase orders
- Support payment processing and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Assist in general administrative and basic accounting tasks when required (e.g. documentation, data entry)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- /
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Excel Adobe Photoshop
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
