💼 Role: Senior Executive Compensation & Benefits
What You'll Do: Responsibilities: • Administrator of salary and staff movement in the organization to ensure internal equity and demographic balance • Maintain HR-related employee information in the company database/HRMS • Review, revise and enhance employee compensation and benefits as well as policies and procedures • Administer employee benefits and rewards schemes. • Benchmarking of employees' rewards and benefits scheme to ensure market competitiveness • Administrator of expatriate management • Key reference point for company HR policies and HR system • Preparation of monthly HR reporting to senior management and shareholders • Provide compensation and benefits related and HRMS support to the plants and other entities in the Group Requirements: • Degree in HR or business related field Professional level of spoken and written English • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Good communication and interpersonal skill • Analytical thinking • Resourcefulness – Able to work independently with minimum supervision • State years of experience required/Fresh graduates are welcomed • Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
