Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing job boards (JobStreet, Indeed) and social media (LinkedIn) to find, screen, and interview candidates. Candidate Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Database Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Job Posting: Developing and posting job advertisements for various positions. Relationship Management: Building relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Operational Support: Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and reporting.Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are often considered). Education: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
