About The Role
Provide clerical support on daily activities execution related to country/Business Unit/central services administration and business support functions (e.g. office administration, office equipment and supplies upkeep management and cost/tender management, etc.)
Job Responsibilities
What You Will Deliver
- Monitoring & preparing stationary supplies movement - Admin
- To generate, download & email attendance report to HR department - Admin
- Responsible for packing & preparing as per outlet new opening checklist. - Admin
- To monitor stock for normal batter, new product, nep product, ncp product, clearance product. - Stock
- Responsible for handling the POS ID - via NOVA Portal such as registering new joiner, termination of employee ID, role changing & change of location.) - Admin
- Responsible to extract portal report (Landlord report & invoice preparation) - Admin
What You Bring - 6 months contract role
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management or a related discipline; professional qualifications are an added advantage
- Familiar with office administration procedures and administrative writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good multitasking abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to attend to urgent matters during Saturdays and Sundays when required
