Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Lead QAQC activities for data centre or large-scale MEP construction projects, ensuring compliance with project quality requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
- Manage and review key engineering documents, including ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, RFIs, and Submittals.
- Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and on-site quality compliance with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Oversee project documentation and document control processes using platforms such as Aconex, Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Supervise and develop a team of 4 to 8 quality and document control personnel while supporting audits, reporting, and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of site-based construction experience, preferably within QAQC, data centre, or large-scale MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and QAQC documentation processes.
- Experience using Aconex, Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
