Monitor the annual Industrial Park Expense (IPEX) Budget and provide the necessary review and ensure that the spending is within the approved budget.
Monitor the overall industrial parks, inclusive of general maintenance and facilities management.
Monitor and review the performance of the service providers for the management of industrial parks.
Liaise with Federal, State and local government (municipality), land owners, tenants, investors and utility service providers for park management.
Land Management
Apply land from the State Authority for commercial development.
Obtain individual land title for each plot according to the approved layout.
Liaise with Local Land Department on land matters related to the park.
Lease/Rent Management
Manage the tenants and ensure the necessary documentations for the rent/lease of the properties are effectively managed.
Stakeholders Management
Develop and maintain effective communications and relationships with government agencies and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate resolution of industrial park issues.
Position Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Property, Facility Management, Business Administration/Management, Estate Management or any other related discipline from a recognized University.
Minimum ten (10) years working experience in related fields and experience in Property and/or Facility Management.
Possess technical business acumen on property and development/management.
Knowledge in National Land Code, Local Land Rules, Sales and Purchase Agreement and Rental Management.
