- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the manufacturing site.
- Drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary leadership team to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Ensure efficient utilization of assets, resources, and capital investments.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute site strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external functions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful General Manager Of Operations Should Have
- A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills in managing complex operations within a capital intensive environment
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale manufacturing or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates from heavy manufacturing, chemicals, petrochemicals, process industries, mining & minerals or other asset intensive industrial sectors are encouraged to apply
