As part of the Shopee Mall team, you will be managing and coordinating brand specific initiatives, and optimizing the process of mall-wide initiatives and activities.
Job Description
Project Management
- Establish and coordinate Shopee Mall campaigns and initiatives within the team, including project design, prioritisation, planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Design and continuously improve Shopee Mall’s internal SOPs and processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability (including business automation)
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and drive mitigation through cross team collaboration
- Owning initiatives, which includes oversight, performance monitoring and suggesting improvements
- Design and continuously improve Shopee Mall's internal SOPs to drive efficiency
Strategic Support & Decision-Making
- Using data to develop business strategies and support the business teams in executing the strategies
- To establish processes and dashboards to collect and analyse internal and external market data to derive business insights
- Provide analytical support for leadership decision-making and business reviews
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Formulate and facilitate project missions, goals and resource management, establishing ownership
- Coordinate and communicate across stakeholders to align on project scope, timelines, and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: project management, management consulting, e-commerce, banking, or a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations and executive summaries
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and growth mindset
