Identify prospects through relevant source of information i.e, media, internet directories/SSM. Communicate, schedule for a corporate visit and aim to convert the prospective clients into new clients.
Conduct sales visits to existing/new corporate clients & GPs.
Updating HOS on corporate sales progress - as part of monitoring process
Understand the flow to organize an event, coordination from the start to completion i.e organizing promotional events such as monthly events for both internal and external exhibitions, conferences, tour and visits
Evaluating current marketing campaigns and/or providing recommendations
Understanding the relationship between Hospital, Corporate Clients and General Practitioners
Understanding the submission of relevant documents for evaluation for Credit Facility Application /Credit Approval
Conduct Market research – analyzing and evaluating pricing for services offered at the Hospital i.e health packages available – details and pricing vs competitor hospitals
To understand admission and discharge process, billing process and policies for cash paying patients, those under GL and insurance/MCO/PLC/Financial
Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2005, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001, 5S and / or Hospital Accreditation are adhered to and maintenance of records, if and when these programs are implemented.
Education
Minimum qualification with Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication & Marketing or related field
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing environments
Advance knowledge in computer literacy
Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
