What You Will Do

Take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract administration using the FIDIC contract suite.
Manage high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE) procurement.
Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

What You Will Need

Minimum 8 years of experience in construction contract management.
At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions
Strong cost procurement skills.
Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
