The Role
Ready to make your mark? Here's what you'll own:
- Leading regional improvements across the full freight forwarding lifecycle, including import, export, and cross-border operations
- Taking ownership of EDI and system integration activities, from governance and standards-setting to onboarding and post-implementation support
- Supporting trade compliance, customs reporting, and data quality across regional systems
- Driving data validation, management reporting, and analytical insights for regional and HQ stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance to junior analysts
What We're Looking For
You'll bring the right blend of industry knowledge and technical capability:
- Seven or more years' experience as a business analyst within freight forwarding, logistics, or a trade-related discipline
- Hands-on experience with EDI and system integrations across formats such as EDIFACT, XML, JSON, or API
- Comfortable working with SQL - experience in PostgreSQL is a plus
- Experience working within Agile project delivery frameworks
