Job Summary: The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service standards.
- Monitor assigned tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or fresh graduates with strong interest in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is an added advantage.
