Internship Overview
Gain hands-on experience in training coordination, project management, and recruitment operations. This internship provides practical exposure to training administration, job placement, and client coordination in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating training and job placement projects.
- Support the preparation of training schedules, materials, attendance records, and evaluation reports.
- Assist in organizing group interviews and coordinating candidate placements.
- Communicate with clients, hiring partners, trainees, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide administrative support for training and project activities.
- Assist with basic graphic design and video editing using provided tools when required.
- Participate in company events, training sessions, and project activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Willing to travel or work outstation when required.
- Willing to work on weekends for project or training activities when necessary.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is an advantage but not required.
