Responsibilities:
● Assist in handling foreign worker matters, including work permit, passport, FOMEMA, medical check-up, hostel arrangement and documentation management.
● Coordinate and communicate with government departments, agents and related authorities regarding foreign worker applications and renewal matters.
● Assist in monitoring foreign workers’ attendance, discipline, welfare and daily HR-related matters.
● Support recruitment, onboarding process and employee record maintenance.
● Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters and related reports.
● Handle attendance, leave applications and general HR duties.
● Organize and maintain employee records and HR filing systems.
● Assist superior in other HR-related duties when required.
Requirements:
● Basic knowledge in handling foreign worker matters and documentation is preferred.
● Familiar with FOMEMA, permit renewal and foreign worker application procedures will be an added advantage.
● Good command in English, Mandarin & Malay.
● Responsible, patient and able to handle employee-related matters professionally.
● Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent is preferred.
● Required Mandarin Speaker.
Office Working Hours : 8.00 am - 5.30 pm [ Mon - Fri ]
Salary range : RM2500 - RM3300
