Job Responsibilities
1. To ensure printing quality are meet expectation.
2. To ensure the machine are functioning properly, to minimize the machine down time and to increase the machine revenue.
3. To ensure printing operation are run smoothly.
4. To ensure setting on substrate are correctly.
5. To ensure Rubber Roller, Anilox Roller & Doctor Blade are in good condition before upload to press.
6. To ensure color, size & alignment are matching with artwork.
7. Assist Machine Leader to troubleshoot & verify issue by using Print Care Diagnostics Mode
8. Assist Machine Leader to perform First Transfer & Color Calibration.
9. Assist Machine Leader to perform Tester Pen on corona treatment to ensure the treatment are meet requirement.
10. Assist Machine Leader to perform Indicator on primer treatment to ensure the treatment are meet requirement.
11. Assist Machine Leader to perform Maintenance Work.
12. Assist Machine Leader to report the major repairing outstanding issues to Superior.
Requirement
1. Minimum SPM level & experience 2 years in digital printing or offset printing industry will be an added advantage.
2. Ability to work long hours and shift work.
3. Possess good communication and people skills.
4. Proficient with Microsoft office package such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
5. Proficient in computerizing skill and email communication skill (In English).
6. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
7. Self-starter, versatile and able to work cross-functionally.
8. Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and 5S management system is an added advantage.
