Develop and maintain test programs for characterization, wafer sort, and production using the Advantest V93000 (93K) platform.
Design and validate test hardware solutions for high-speed I/O (HSIO) applications.
Lead projects across all development phases, from bring-up to production ramp.
Collaborate with DFT and DFM teams to improve testability, optimize yield, and enhance overall test methodologies.
Establish and implement robust test practices, including GR&R, HTOL, and characterization procedures.
Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, efficiency, and quality.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed across cross-functional teams.
